Sunday May 25th 2008 Outage.

At approximately 10:00 AM PST Sunday May 25th 2008, IGCEMA.ORG server experienced hardware failure on its RAID array. Within 30 seconds of the failure the server became unresponsive and technicians at the NOC's located at the data center were alerted and dispatched a server technician to look into the issue. After approximately 30 minutes of diagnosing the issue, the technician ruled that it was hardware related failure to the RAID array. The hardware was replaced and the process of rebuilding the RAID array began. At 04:00 PM PST, all server related data was restored on the RAID array and the system was marked as mission capable.
