Post Jacobsen Service School

Service School for Golf Course Mechanics & Technicians

March 20-22 or April 3-5, 2007
Jacobsen University is proud to announce two dates for this year’s technical service school on all mower platforms at the New Jacobsen Training Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This year’s service school is a must attend – it will ensure that your course stays on top of all new technology being incorporated into Jacobsen products. Factory-trained Jacobsen instructors will take each participant through a step-by-step service breakdown of all mowers to ensure that technicians have the critical information needed to properly maintain service every piece of equipment. To assure personal attention for every participant, this school is limited to 20 attendees.
If you’re interested, please register early as this school plans to fill up fast and prices go up $100 after March 9, 2007.
Program Cost: $750 Single Occupancy & $550 Double Occupancy*
*This includes four nights lodging, social events, receptions, breakfasts buffet, and lunch each day. Also included are all program materials and transportation from the hotel to the Jacobsen Training Center (as well as transportation to and from Charlotte Douglas international Airport). Additional night’s lodging ($125 per night plus applicable taxes), other meals or incidentals will be the participant’s responsibility.
The program will cover the following:
  • Cutting Unit Technology – Reel design, set-up and adjustments
  • Greens Mowers – Walkers and triplex units
  • Hydraulics – Systems, components and troubleshooting
  • Electrical – Systems, components and troubleshooting
  • Services – Preventive maintenance
  • Plant Tour: One hour tour of Charlotte Manufacturing plant and Distribution Center
