We are pleased to announce The Toro Golf/Grounds Customer Factory Service Training programs for Fall/Spring, 2007/2008. The dates will be:

2007
October 2 - 4, 2007 Grounds Session
October 30 - Nov 1, 2007 Golf Session
October 30 - Nov 1, 2007 Golf Session (Spanish language)
2008
February 26 - 28, 2008 Grounds Session
February 26 - 28, 2008 Golf Session (Spanish language)
March 11- 13, 2008 Golf Session
March 18- 20, 2008 Golf Session


NOTE: We have again added sessions for Spanish speaking technicians. These sessions will be presented in Spanish, by Spanish speaking instructors. All materials, presentations and tours will be conducted in Spanish. The ability to speak and/or understand English in not required.

These training sessions will be held in Bloomington, Minnesota in the Toro Commercial Education Center. Participants should arrive on Monday and depart after 3:00pm on Thursday.

The program is designed for golf/grounds service technicians or anyone at a facility with equipment maintenance responsibility. Registration is through your local Toro Distributor. The on-line registration must be completed by your local Toro distributor, an e-mail confirmation with detailed information about the program will automatically be sent. The distributor will forward the confirmation on to the participant. Hotel reservations, and hotel charges are handled by The Toro Company and Included in the tuition. The tuition will be invoiced through your distributor.

Tuition Cost
The cost will be $950 per person. This includes three nights lodging, Monday evening reception, breakfast, lunch each day and dinner Wednesday and Thursday. Also included are all program materials, transportation from the hotel and Toro. Transportation to Minneapolis, and any additional nights lodging, other meals or incidentals will be the participant’s responsibility.

GOLF PROGRAMS
Cutting Unit Technology - Covers reel mower design, set-up and adjustments.
Greensmaster - Both walk and triplex Greensmaster.
Hydraulics – Systems, components and schematics.
Electrical – Interlock Systems Schematics, and Troubleshooting.
Services – Preventive maintenance systems
Toro Systems - Toro information systems internet access. A review and copy of the Toro Service CD will also be supplied (English language only).
Open Forum – A time to discuss any issues or topics about Toro products. This is your chance to ask questions and get answers.
Tours – Toro’s Test and Product Development lab.
